Executive Leaders, Program Lead, Graduate Education

Our company is looking to hire a Program Lead, Executive Leaders Program to collaborate with our client in Monterey, CA. This is an onsite role in Monterey and only U.S. Citizens may be considered due to client requirements.
The Program Lead, Executive Leaders Program will be a major contributor in graduate education. The successfull hire must have excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong experience demonstrating leadership in program management including management of complex tasks If you meet the requirements below, and fully embrace the opportunity to help our nation increase our understanding of homeland security and defense, then please apply!
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the program
- Be responsible for all of the curriculum development and instructional content
- Review and select all of the faculty subject matter experts, and guest speakers for the program
- Coordinate with client representatives for the recruitment of program participants
- Be responsible for the review of all participants’ applications and the final participant selection
- Master’s degree relevant to this Homeland Security program
- 5+ years’ executive leadership experience
- 5+ years’ education experience as a faculty member at an accredited, graduate education institution teaching homeland security issues (may be substituted with 10 years of experience serving in homeland security executive leadership position/s)
- Position Type: Full-time, Must be U.S. Citizen
- Location: Monterey, CA

- Compensation: $109K to 139K per year salary range DOE and skills
