Our company is looking to hire a Program Manager, Homeland Security to collaborate with our client in Monterey, CA.  This is an onsite role in Monterey and only U.S. Citizens may be considered due to client requirements.

Responsibilities highlights:

  • Provides oversight for Ph.D. level faculty and Project Leads
  • Manages the full spectrum of program support enabling execution of the education and research mission
  • Ability to deal directly with and resolve issues for all senior personnel associated with the program whether senior staff providing instruction, senior government officials - Director, Academic Associate, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), or Government sponsor representatives
  • Has overall responsibility to make day-to-day decisions in support of the contract

Requirements:

  • Requires a Doctorate degree or eight years’ experience as a homeland security practitioner
  • 5+ years’ experience in teaching, as a faculty member, at an accredited, graduate education institution.
  • Must have well-rounded experiences in all aspects of program management
  • 5+ years’ experience in education, financial management, logistics, procurement, and asset management. 
  • Must be a resident of the Monterey, California (CA) area or able to reside in Monterey, CA area

  • Compensation: $116K to $149K per year salary range DOE and skills
